Paramount 3D agrees to provide commercial-grade 3D printer filament. PARAMOUNT 3D DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Customer acknowledges that Paramount 3D's employees, agents and representatives have no authority to give any such warranties on behalf of Paramount 3D.
Customer shall indemnify, hold harmless and defend Paramount 3D, its officers, employees, agents, independent contractors, and assignees, against any and all claims, suits, losses, damages, costs, fees and expenses resulting from or arising out of this product including but not limited to, any damages, losses or liabilities whatsoever with respect to death or injury to any person and damage to any property arising from the possession, use or operation of the product.

Return Policy
At Paramount 3D's discretion, requests for returns and replacements will be accepted within 30 days of purchase. Only sealed products may be returned. Return shipping of products for exchange/refund is paid by the customer. Contact Paramount 3D Returns at team@paramount-usa.com before shipping any returns to obtain an RMA number. Return shipping of products with manufacturing/shipping error will be paid by Paramount 3D.
Purchasing and Fulfillment
All orders require pre-payment unless otherwise arranged. Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of order placement. Orders already in process can not be cancelled or modified. In stock items typically ship within 1-2 business days.
DOMESTIC (USA) orders - Most orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail which arrives within 1-4 days from time of shipment. Lightweight, economy service uses USPS First Class Mail which arrives within 2-7 days from time of shipment. UPS and Fedex are available for bulk orders.
INTERNATIONAL orders - Depending on customer local government rules, additional TAXES, DUTIES, and IMPORT FEES are likely required to receive shipments. It is the customer responsibility to understand and pay these additional costs. DHL or UPS shipment is recommended for the most reliable international shipping. Standard worldwide service typically takes 5-14 days (excluding customs process). Expedited service is available upon request.
The above transit times are typical, but not guaranteed. If shipment delivery date is critical or if alternate shipping arrangements are needed, please contact Paramount 3D at team@paramount-usa.com. Additional shipping charges may apply. Bulk resale orders may take 1-2 weeks to fulfill in addition to transit time of chosen method.
